The Philadelphia Phillies have continued their postseason dominance this October.
Last year, they made the World Series out of a Wild Card spot.
Now they are hoping to accomplish the same thing this season.
The Phillies are set to take on the Arizona Diamondbacks with a trip to the Fall Classic on the line.
One player who continues to carry the Phillies in the playoffs is Bryce Harper.
When he signed with the Phillies back in 2019, high expectations followed him to the City of Brotherly Love.
He has found a way to live up to the hype for the second time in his career.
As shared by Anthony Castrovince, when Harper was 18 in Double-A he modeled his game after Mickey Mantle.
MLB players at that time said Harper was “going to get eaten alive” in the Majors.
It is quite clear that has not been the case.
It's Bryce Harper's 31st birthday. When he was 18 years old and in Double-A, this is what some big leaguers were saying about him. It would appear they were incorrect. pic.twitter.com/dpujORP22R

Harper was in the baseball spotlight ever since he was a 16-year-old high schooler.
A player rarely lives up to or exceeds Hall-of-Fame expectations.
But, Harper has done just that.
He is a two-time MVP and is on a short list of active players who will end up in Cooperstown.
Yet, Harper is only 31 years old and he has much more to accomplish before he considers retirement.
At the top of his list has to be a world championship.
The Phillies just need eight more wins to make that dream a reality.
You can be assured Harper will be at the forefront of all the Phillies’ postseason success.
