The Texas Rangers have seemingly rebounded from what was truly a disastrous season in 2022 and taken the rest of baseball by storm.
Heading into Tuesday’s slate of games, the Rangers own a record of 47-31, which is the third-best in the American League and fourth in all of baseball.
Their revamped starting rotation, led by Nathan Eovaldi, has been the driving force for them this season.
They lead the American League West by five games over the Houston Astros and Los Angeles Angels.
On High Heat, Christopher “Mad Dog” Russo made a prediction about the Rangers, saying that he thinks by the end of the season, they will be the ones to come out on top in the AL West.
"I think Texas will do enough to hold on and win the division."

Russo commented on the team’s pitching staff.
Their rotation is missing Jacob deGrom and their bullpen has been an area of concern this year.
However, Russo predicts that Texas will be buyers at the deadline as they attempt to strengthen their roster with an eye on competing for a World Series title this year.
He then said he believes that Texas will do enough to hold on and secure the division title.
Russo predicted that as a result of this, teams like the Seattle Mariners and the Angels are going to have to push the New York Yankees and the Astros out of the Wild Card spots in order to reach the postseason and will have to find a way to reach 90 wins.
But with a five-game lead, Russo believes Texas is the team to beat in the AL West.
