The Atlanta Braves are once again having a great regular season.
They are leading the NL East and are one of the best teams in baseball.
One reason they are elite is because of their roster.
It is hard to find a team with more talent than the Braves.
They are led by superstar outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr.
He has put together an MVP-caliber season so far in 2023.
According to Jon Morosi, Acuna is on pace to do something only done three times before.
That is reaching 60+ stolen bases and an OPS north of .950.
Ronald Acuña Jr. is halfway to a truly historic season.
He is on pace to finish with 60+ stolen bases and an OPS north of .950.
In the last 100 years, there have been only 3 such seasons. Joe Morgan did it twice. Rickey Henderson did it once. That's it. @MLBNetwork @Braves

When you think of five-tool players, Acuna has to be one of the first to come to mind.
He has always been an exciting player but injuries have derailed a few of his earlier seasons.
Acuna is hitting .333 on the year with 14 home runs, 43 RBI, and 29 stolen bases.
His OPS is .973 and as long as he remains healthy the MVP award is his to lose.
Acuna and Shohei Ohtani have been the two best players in their respective leagues.
Each is on pace for a record-breaking season.
While Acuna is their best player, the Braves continue to terrorize the league 1-9 in their lineup.
Matt Olson, Austin Riley, Sean Murphy, and Ozzie Albies have all been very good this season.
There is no easy out or time to breathe for opposing pitchers when facing this team.
The MLB is loaded with star power and that is what makes it one of the most exciting sports in the world.
