Another week is behind us in the 2023 MLB season.
While there is still a lot of time left in the season, the races for each division and Wild Card spot are starting to take shape.
June will be here before we know it.
Some teams have remained hot while others have either faded, picked up steam, or remained at the bottom.
In Ben Verlander’s latest power rankings, there is some movement that has taken place within the Top 10.
On Twitter, MLB on FOX tweeted Verlander’s recent list, which still shows the Tampa Bay Rays at the top of the heap.

With the Rays on top, the rival Baltimore Orioles have picked up two spots in the rankings and now sit directly behind Tampa Bay.
The Atlanta Braves remain in the No. 3 spot after overtaking the Los Angeles Dodgers for the top record in the National League.
The Texas Rangers have picked up a few spots as well and now are in the No. 4 spot.
The Dodgers have remained in the top five, even after a tough series loss against the St. Louis Cardinals.
The bottom half of the list has also shifted a little bit.
The New York Yankees have gotten hot and have taken hold of the second American League Wild Card spot.
They rank at No. 6 on Verlander’s list.
The defending World Series champion Houston Astros have caught fire and won seven consecutive games, which puts them right behind the Yankees.
The Arizona Diamondbacks, Boston Red Sox, and Toronto Blue Jays round out the rest of the list, with the Blue Jays having dropped eight spots.
