The Los Angeles Chargers released Mike Williams early in the offseason, allowing him to find another team to share his talents with.
Williams is a 29-year-old receiver, and while he showed that he still had some gas left in the tank when healthy next year, it will be interesting to see where he ends up.
Adam Schefter recently reported that Williams has already scheduled three meetings this week, as he will speak with the New York Jets, Carolina Panthers, and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Former Chargers’ WR Mike Williams is scheduled to visit this week with the Jets, Panthers and Steelers, per source. Jets up first with Williams arriving Monday night.
Also, with the Chargers having traded WR Keenan Allen, they also are interested in bringing back Williams.

Schefter also indicated that the Chargers could be interested in bringing back Williams, mainly since they traded Keenan Allen.
Trading Allen and releasing Williams leaves the Chargers’ receiving room depleted.
Adding Williams back into the fold might help Justin Herbert’s chances of taking another step forward in 2024 rather than taking a step back in production with limited pass-catchers.
The Chargers might be missing out on their former star because Williams has three other meetings scheduled this week.
The Jets are an intriguing option for Williams, especially seeing their current roster.
Aaron Rodgers has seemingly helped hand-pick the players on this offense, and while the team does have some good options if he wants Williams, the team could make a move to get him.
The Steelers and Panthers are also exciting options for Williams.
Bryce Young is still trying to get his feet wet in the NFL, but having a receiver like Williams could increase his chances of getting better.
The Steelers added Russell Wilson to improve their quarterback situation, and they might need a WR1 to help him succeed in his first year with the team.
