Vrabel has emerged as one of the hottest names in this year’s coaching carousel after spending this season as a consultant with the Cleveland Browns.

As Tennessee Titans head coach from 2018 to 2023, he compiled a 54-45 record with three playoff appearances and reached one AFC Championship game.

The 49-year-old has drawn interest from multiple teams, with interviews lined up or completed with the New York Jets, New Orleans Saints and Chicago Bears.

The possibility of a Brady-Vrabel reunion in Las Vegas faces one significant hurdle: the Patriots.

New England’s decision to move on from head coach Jerod Mayo after his one season came days before the Raiders’ announcement about Pierce, adding another layer of complexity to Vrabel’s potential landing spot.
