The Miami Dolphins were handled by the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving night, 30-17, in the Wisconsin cold.
While some have questioned the team’s toughness, Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel responded to that notion Wednesday in front of the Miami media.
“To sit here and debate tough, not tough. All I know is, dudes are aggressively tackling each other, taking on hits and I assessed the tape, because that to me is fact,” McDaniel stated.

It is fair to say that a team coming from Miami to play a Thanksgiving night game in Green Bay, Wisconsin, could be affected by the cold weather.
Before this matchup, the Dolphins had won three games in a row, but they played at home or in a dome in those three games.
Their lack of success in the cold goes back a few years, as they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in the wildcard round of the last postseason on the road.
For Miami to make the playoffs, they will likely either have to win out or go 4-1 down the stretch.
But even then, they will have to go on the road because the Buffalo Bills have already wrapped up the AFC East.
Mike McDaniel and Co. must not only focus on winning games right now but also prepare to win in the cold weather.
If they make the playoffs, they could face teams like the Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, and Pittsburgh Steelers, all division-leading teams from cold-weather cities.
