The Miami Dolphins have looked like one of the top teams in the NFL this season.
But, they suffered a tough loss last week on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles.
One issue for the Dolphins is that their defense could not hold up.
Miami has been carried by their offense all year long, but when they get held in check they seem to lose.
In their two losses, the Dolphins have scored 37 points and given up 79.
Miami has suffered from losing a few key defensive players.
Last week, both starting cornerbacks in Jalen Ramsey and Xavien Howard missed the game.
But, there is at least a chance both can be back on the field this week.
According to Cameron Wolfe, Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said: “I’m prepared for either scenario for both players. I don’t have a clue if they are going to play or not.”
Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel says he will go through practice, listen to Jalen Ramsey & Xavien Howard on how they feel for Sun vs Patriots. Will trust their honesty.

It is not the most ringing endorsement that both players will play.
But, in Ramsey’s case, he has not played all year.
Now that he is back practicing is a good sign of an imminent return.
Miami can use all the help they can get on defense, but they may not need it this weekend.
The Dolphins are hosting the New England Patriots on Sunday, who have one of the worst offenses in football.
It may be best for Miami to rest Ramsey and Howard one more week and get them ready for a date with the Kansas City Chiefs the following weekend.
