Not much has gone right for the Las Vegas Raiders this season.
They have a record of 2-10 and are building for the future.
However, they could very well have the best tight end in the league right now in rookie Brock Bowers, who has been sensational this year.
Host Mike Golic believes Bowers should be the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year.
“(Bowers) leads the league in receptions…He’s the only offense that the Raiders have. The other team knows it, and they still can’t stop him…(The Raiders) need to build around him,” Golic said Thursday on GoJo and Golic.
.@golic details why Brock Bowers deserves the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year Award:
– Leads the League in Receptions (84)
– Raiders Only Offensive Weapon
– Not a Quarterback"I know it's a QB award: Jayden Daniels, Bo Nix making a late run, Caleb Williams. It's been those… pic.twitter.com/XbBw1Pkaef

The two-time Mackey Award winner is truly balling out in Las Vegas.
He has caught a whopping 84 receptions for 884 receiving yards and four touchdowns through just 12 games.
It will be interesting to see what his final numbers are once the season finishes, but he has proven to be one of the league’s best playmakers.
The former national champion at Georgia will likely face Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels and Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix for the Rookie of the Year award.
Bowers certainly has a strong case due to his impressive production on a team with seemingly limited options.
At just 21 years of age, he has officially arrived in the league and is one of the young stars who could be poised for a great career.
Time will tell whether the Raiders can build around him this offseason.
