The Las Vegas Raiders‘ season hasn’t exactly gone as planned.
They currently hold a 4-5 record, have recently fired their head coach, and seem to be going through significant growing pains as an organization.
Despite their inner turmoil, the Raiders still have a few elite players on their roster, including defensive end Maxx Crosby.
PFF has recently pointed out Crosby’s dominance on the year, as he is the only player in the league with 50+ quarterback pressures on the year.

The Raiders might be struggling as a team, but Crosby has found a way to stay impactful on the defensive line.
He is tied to the team until 2026, giving them time and additional opportunities to build around him.
Unless something unforeseen happens, Crosby will be a part of this team for several more years, giving the Raiders hope moving forward.
They might not be among the league’s best teams at the moment, but with a few changes, the Raiders’ fortune could soon change.
Antonio Pierce, the team’s interim head coach, seems to have lit a fire under this roster.
It is currently unknown if he’ll be a part of the team’s long-term future, but if his rapport with these players continues, the organization might be forced to keep him around.
By rallying around Pierce, Crosby, and a few other crucial pieces, the Raiders could still make some noise this season if everything can go their way.
Anything can happen in the NFL, especially when a team has a player as vital as Crosby.
