The Las Vegas Raiders have one of the best pass-rushers of this generation.
That’s why, after watching the recent turmoil between Myles Garrett and the Cleveland Browns, they might want to make sure that Maxx Crosby doesn’t want to leave.
Fortunately for Pete Carroll and Mark Davis, it seems like that’s not the case at all.
In a recent appearance on Kay Adams’ “Up & Adams,” the superstar defensive end claimed that he didn’t want to leave the team.
2x All Pro Maxx Crosby on his future in Vegas and desire to WIN now ??

He talked about his desire to be a part of a winning culture.
He wants to build a winning organization instead of joining another team or arriving in a place that’s already built.
Crosby talked about his desire to be a Hall of Famer.
He knows he’s only going to be able to play for a little longer, and he’s also aware of how difficult it is to win a Super Bowl ring.
Nevertheless, he also thinks that winning a ring by joining a superteam would be meaningless for a player like him.
You have to respect that approach and mindset.
While it’s easy to understand players like Garrett for growing sick and tired of losing and dysfunction, hearing players like Crosby is refreshing.
You don’t hear many athletes looking to stay with one organization throughout the course of their careers.
Of course, that doesn’t depend solely on them.
Hopefully, Crosby will get to do that, and with a new era starting in Sin City, they might even get back to contention sooner than expected.
