Everyone is wondering how much better the Golden State Warriors might get with their recent acquisition of Chris Paul.
Paul, a wonderfully talented basketball mind, is about to play for one of the most storied franchises in NBA history.
Paul’s friend and former teammate Matt Barnes thinks that Paul is going to do for the Warriors what he has done for all his other teams: make them better.
“Everywhere Chris goes, he makes teams better,” Barnes said to 95.7 The Game.

Barnes remarked that Paul has a track record of improving other players throughout his career.
Players like Clint Capela, DeAndre Jordan, and Tyson Chandler are just some of the athletes who blossomed with Paul at their sides.
But Paul’s time with the Warriors could be even better, according to Barnes.
This is because Paul loves to play with other stars who “know the game, think the game, and don’t just play the game but see the game.”
That is a very good way to summarize Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and a few others on the Warriors roster.
Paul has also always been the most prominent shooter for his teams but that won’t be the case with Golden State.
Now he will be taking shots alongside Curry and Thompson, two of the best in the league.
With less pressure on his shoulders, what can he accomplish?
Some people have counted Paul out because of his age, his injuries, and his lack of championship success.
But he has definitely been the glue that held many teams together over the years.
Now it is time to see what he can add to such a strong and proven culture in Golden State.
