The Orlando Magic are making their plans for next season, including adding more talent to their promising roster.
On Thursday morning, the team announced that they were adding four free agents.
The players are guard/forward Jarrett Culver, guard Myron Gardner, and forwards Jalen Slawson and Tre Scott.
Each player signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Magic, which is a one-year deal worth the league’s minimum salary that guarantees a player will receive at least a training camp invite.
Any of these deals can be converted into two-way contracts, which means these players might spend more time in the G League.

So, even though the Magic have struck deals with each of these players, Orlando fans might not see them often.
The Magic have been fairly busy this summer, adding both Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Cory Joseph.
That means their roster is full and they are ready for the new year.
They ended as the fifth seed in the East last season and had one of their best showings in years.
After many seasons of sitting toward the bottom of their conference, the Magic are officially one of the most exciting teams in the league.
But because they did so well last year, fans are expecting even more in 2024-25.
How will they react if the Magic take a step back and don’t progress more?
These four deals aren’t going to make a huge difference but they are a sign the Magic are ready to get the new season started and show what they are capable of.
