The 23XI Racing team looked to pay tribute to one of the most prominent rising stars in the NBA.
With two drivers in the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs, namely Tyler Reddick and Bubba Wallace, the team had a 1 in 6 chance to go the distance and win it all this season.
So, considering that they were set to race at the Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday, they looked to honor arguably the most beloved athlete in the city right now, Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic.

The team unveiled a green, white, and black paint scheme, also featuring the signature Jumpman by Jordan logo.
Notably, this isn’t the first time that 23XI Racing honors a basketball star with its paint schemes, and their partnership with the Jordan Brand is more than likely to have many more of this in the future.
There are high hopes and expectations for the Mavericks next season.
Not only did they manage to re-sign Kyrie Irving for the long run, but they were also able to revamp and retool their entire roster, adding more size, shooting, and defense around their backcourt duo.
Some are still hesitant to believe they could be a legitimate NBA championship contender, especially considering how stacked the Western Conference is.
But with a special and unique talent like Doncic and one of the most skilled offensive players of all time like Kyrie, it would be hard to put your money against them, regardless of how poorly they fared since they teamed up last season.
