Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks is already an NBA All-Star and one of the most celebrated players in the league.
He is also the leader of Team Slovenia, who are on their way to the FIBA Basketball World Cup.
Now Doncic can call himself a producer as well.
Variety is reporting, via Marc Stein, that Doncic will self-produce and release a film called “Everything It Takes.”
The series will be a short-form docuseries that “aims to give viewers an inside look at the 2023 Slovenia national basketball team’s journey to the FIBA Basketball World Cup.”

Depending on how the next few weeks go, this docuseries could be quite dramatic.
Team Slovenia is just one of many teams entering the World Cup, but it is one with some of the most promise and potential.
That is due in part to Doncic and his wonderful basketball skills.
Doncic has repeatedly stated that he has incredibly deep respect and belief in his team.
Because of that, he is launching “Everything It Takes” as the first project from his newly-launched production company, 77X.
Will this be the first of many film productions that comes from Doncic?
This news means that production crews have already been following Doncic and Team Slovenia as they approach the tournament.
They have surely captured great footage.
In just a few days, the World Cup will officially begin and Doncic will try to become the captain that his Slovenian teammates need.
No matter how the World Cup turns out for him and his squad, there is no doubt that it’ll make for an exciting and dramatic series.
