The Dallas Cowboys are currently going through training camp and the NFL preseason with hopes of putting together the best roster possible for the upcoming 2023 campaign.
During this process, things can get heated during practice sessions on the field, and that’s precisely what has been happening to the Cowboys on a seemingly daily basis.
Fights always break out in training camp, as it is the nature of the beast when playing a game as physical and brutal as football.
However, when it is the Cowboys that are fighting as much as they are in practice, it tends to make a lot of headlines due to the team’s popularity, as some wonder whether there’s something going on within the team.
The most recent fight involved the team’s best player in linebacker Micah Parsons, who was throwing a lot of punches.
Former NFL star LeSean McCoy, who is from the same town in Pennsylvania, talked about this fight in Dallas on “Speak” on FS1.

McCoy makes the case that due to the physicality of this tough game, there are going to be fights like this, and there’s nothing wrong with it; in fact, he wants to see more.
With these fights getting some much attention in Dallas, it’ll be interesting to see if it is just due to competitive players getting fired up or if there are some beefs brewing within the team that need to be squashed before the season.
Only time will tell, as the Cowboys will be under the microscope in 2023.
