Everyone might be currently celebrating the Golden State Warriors right now but fans of the Cleveland Cavaliers were recently remembering a historic Finals victory of their own.
June 19 marked the anniversary of the Cavaliers overcoming a 3-1 deficit in the NBA Finals.
They took down the Warriors in Game 7 in a rousing 93-89 win that broke records, made history, and finally gave Cleveland the trophy they’d been waiting for.
I miss you Fred!!! Love you and AC ♾ and ever!! A Fathers Day to remember FOREVER!!! https://t.co/dDsDtjwRD1

LeBron James celebrated the anniversary on Sunday, reposting a courtside video after the game.
James was obviously fired up remembering such a special evening, it truly was one for the record books.
But will we ever see James experiencing success like that again?
The King Came Home
Even though he no longer plays for the Cavaliers, James is still considered a hero to many in the Cleveland area.
That’s because he was able to come back to his hometown and win an NBA championship.
This was James making good on a promise he made years before and proof that the Cavs had what it took to go all the way.
The fact that James and his Cavs squad did so by coming back from a 3-1 hole made it even more special.
It was the first time in the history of the league that a team was able to pull that off and made the victory even sweeter.
Since then, James has moved on to the Los Angeles Lakers, where he has secured yet another ring.
But things have been rough for his team lately and the Lakers didn’t even make the playoffs this year.
However, no one should ever count James – or his team – out.
His fourth ring may not be his last.
