LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers has had a very busy summer.
He’s been seen at several public events, weddings for friends, pro-am games, and his sons’ matches.
Plus, he’s also been getting himself prepared for his 20th season in the NBA, with promises to get the Lakers back into fine form and ready to return to the playoffs after an abysmal season last year.

But that’s not all – James has been doing even more.
Just the other day, James was on hand for the grand opening of the LeBron James Innovation Center outside of Portland in Beaverton, Oregon.
The massive, 700,000-square-foot building “unites 700 innovation teams across the Nike Campus.”
This is yet another interest that James has outside of the NBA – and it’s a sign of the man we will see more of once he retires.
Always A Businessman
James has done more than just play basketball for years now.
He has gotten into multiple businesses, starred in movies, and has also opened a very successful school in Akron, Ohio.
As his time in the NBA winds down, James has an eye on what’s next.
The LeBron James Innovation Center is an example of that.
It’s a far-reaching, expansive idea that will help the future of athleticism and will also create good for young players.
James will definitely remain in the public eye after he stops playing in the league and you can bet that he will be involved in many more ventures like this one.
But before he can dedicate himself to these conquests full time, James needs to get back on the court and attempt to redeem his Lakers.
