The Minnesota Vikings have been a commonly discussed team throughout the NFL offseason, for multiple reasons.
They were reportedly interested in trading up for Bryce Young, a potential sign that Kirk Cousins is not their long-term answer at quarterback.
Other reporting has indicated that Dalvin Cook is on the move, which was recently confirmed by Dianna Russini, via Dov Kleiman.

Cook will enter his seventh NFL season in 2023, at age 28.
While Cook did play all 17 games in 2022, many have speculated that he is due for a downturn in production.
Unfortunately for Cook, this is a common trend among running backs, given the amount of time they spend on the field, and how often they get hit during a game.
This is a likely reason that the Vikings want to move on from him, along with the amount of money that he’s owed.
Cook still has three seasons left on his contract with the Vikings, as he will not be a free agent until 2026.
However, the team does have an out, if they so choose.
While Cook hasn’t necessarily expressed a desire to leave the Vikings, the writing could be on the wall.
Cook has not won a Super Bowl title throughout his career and could head to a contender that needs an elite back.
If Cook is truly on the move from the Vikings, what team is most likely to scoop him up?
