The Baltimore Ravens are fresh off a dominant victory over the Houston Texans on Christmas Day.
Many fans and analysts expected this to be a close, gritty game, but the Ravens ultimately blew the Texans out of the water.
Their offense is firing on all cylinders at the moment, as it looks like Derrick Henry continues to outdo himself in the run game.
Lamar Jackson has also continued his brilliance, and he is believed to be an MVP candidate again this year for his efforts.
It was a near-perfect game for the Ravens, but they did have a safety, which Jackson reportedly apologized for after the game, as Jeff Zrebiec reported on X.
Lamar Jackson said he apologized to the defense about costing them the shutout.

The Ravens’ defense didn’t allow a point all game, so Jackson felt bad and responsible for them not having a shutout on the final score.
Only allowing two points will usually win a team a football game, and Jackson more than made up for this small blunder.
With this win, the Ravens nearly locked up the AFC North, especially considering that the Pittsburgh Steelers lost to the Kansas City Chiefs earlier in the day.
Assuming they win the division, the Ravens will get a home playoff game, hoping to keep their momentum going in the playoffs.
The AFC playoff field should be difficult, no matter who they play, but judging by this win over the Texans, the Ravens aren’t scared of any opponent and are confident in their ability to stay with any team.
