The NFL’s MVP award is among the most noteworthy in the league.
Lately, it has been given to the best quarterback, given the importance of this position.
In a typical year, one or two players establish themselves as front-runners for the award by the back half of the season.
Many analysts and fans believe this race is too close to call at this point, although some have declared their favorites.
Keshawn Johnson recently fledged his support for Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.
Johnson outlined his case for Jackson in a recent segment of “Undisputed.”

Before breaking down his thoughts on Jackson, Johnson first discussed the other players he believes to be in the running for MVP.
He talked about Brock Purdy, Dak Prescott, and Tyreek Hill.
While all three of these players are impactful for their respective teams, he does not believe they can provide Jackson’s level of performance to their rosters.
He called the Ravens “ridiculous” with Jackson under center.
In Johnson’s eyes, an MVP isn’t necessarily the player who puts up the best stats throughout a season.
Instead, he takes a more literal definition to his approach, as he believes Jackson provides the best value to his team.
He believes Jackson takes the Ravens to the next level, efficiently throwing the ball while continuing to dominate on the ground.
Jackson won league MVP in 2019, so this would be the second time for him to take home the award, assuming he is in the running at the end of the season.
