All eyes are on Darvin Ham, the new head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers.
The man has a lot of pressure on him after the awful season the Lakers just had.
Ham will need to change a lot with the team, from the roster to the culture to the coaching staff.
He will need to do it all with authority – just like the powerful dunks he made back when he played in the NBA.

Some people forget that before Ham became an assistant coach in the league he was a player for several teams, most notably the Milwaukee Bucks and Detroit Pistons.
The Lakers just released a clip of the work that Ham used to do on the floor.
Coach had it going on and was a powerful force in the paint.
Now, can he have the same impact on the ailing Lakers team?
Ham Going Ham
Ham really does have his work cut out for him with the Lakers.
Think about it: the team has stars such as LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Russell Westbrook yet they still didn’t make the playoffs this year.
Of course, there were some injuries that impaired them this season but the fact remains that this team isn’t anywhere close to where it needs to be.
Ham is already hard at work altering things, including loading up a coaching staff filled with people he knows and trusts.
He is also coming up with a plan to best utilize Westbrook and allow him to return to fine form.
Ham definitely has plans but it remains to be seen if they’ll work out.
The press – and all Lakers fans – are eager to see what happens next.
