The NBA offseason is starting to come to an end and fans of the Los Angeles Lakers are becoming more and more nervous.
LA’s loyal followers have been hoping for big things from the purple and gold all summer.
They thought the team would trade away Russell Westbrook, land Kyrie Irving, and maybe even acquire another big man too.
While the team has made some moves, they haven’t been gigantic.
In fact, their acquisition of Patrick Beverley is the largest thing they’ve done.

Fans want more – and they want it now.
Lakers Lead made their demand obvious on Twitter, posting an all-caps message: “TIME TO GET MYLES TURNER AND BUDDY HIELD.”
Will the Lakers listen to the fans or are they done making moves?
Is the offseason officially done for the Lakers?
Making Moves
There is no doubt that the Lakers front office is still working hard to create some deals.
The latest reports state that Rob Pelinka is picking up the phone a lot, hoping to trade away Westbrook as people have demanded.
Now, the question is if this will result in anything.
Will LA actually be able to land Turner and Hield or even just one of them?
Possibly, but what will they give up to make that happen?
Their trade assets are limited: they have Westbrook, of course, and a future few draft picks but they are hesitant to give those picks away.
Even if the Lakers want to make more trades, they might have to give up a lot to make that happen, and would that really be smart?
Fans desire more from their team but they might not get it because the front office may not be willing to put up with what other teams demand.
LA followers should be prepared for either more trades or nothing at all.
