The Washington Wizards finally parted ways with Bradley Beal earlier this summer.
Beal was traded to the Phoenix Suns in a blockbuster trade, and he became a recent addition to the Suns’ core of Kevin Durant and Devin Booker.
Following Beal’s departure from the Wizards, the organization is expected to enter a rebuilding phase with Jordan Poole and Kyle Kuzma as the core of the team.
Evidently, the Wizards aren’t expected to win many games next season.
However, Kuzma believes the team will win at least more than 24 games in the 2023-24 NBA season, he revealed via his official Twitter handle.
We’re going to be better than 24 wins I can tell you that Vegas!👊🏽 https://t.co/ANVRSpxyxE

Kuzma assured that the Wizards are better than what they are being predicted to do next season.
Last season, the Wizards had a 35-47 record and finished as the 12th seed in the Eastern Conference.
However, they were just five wins away from clinching a play-in tournament spot.
While the Wizards have lost their franchise player, they gained a tremendous talent in Jordan Poole from the Golden State Warriors.
Combining the talents of Jordan Poole and Kyle Kuzma, the Wizards may shock everyone in the league and be a dark horse to claim a spot in the playoffs next season.
Poole averaged 20.4 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game last year as essentially the third option for the Warriors behind Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.
As for Kuzma, he put up 21.2 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game for the Wizards last season.
Fans should expect the numbers of each player to increase in the upcoming season.
