The New York Knicks got their revenge against the Miami Heat on Tuesday night, winning 111-105 at home to even their series to 1-1.
Game 3 is set for Saturday afternoon and will be played before an enthusiastic Miami crowd.
Unfortunately for the Knicks, it might be without one of their biggest stars: Jalen Brunson.
According to Fred Katz, Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau said that Brunson “didn’t do much” in practice on Thursday.
When he was asked about Brunson’s status for the next game, Thibodeau said it was “day to day.”

Brunson was able to participate in Tuesday’s game despite soreness in his right ankle.
Even with the pain, he led his team with 30 points, including 6 three-pointers.
In just one season, he has become the most important player for the Knicks, not just a fan favorite but also a performer who can lead the team and produce amazing shots.
Losing him, especially as the series heads to Florida, would be a tough break for the Knicks.
If Brunson has to sit out of Game 3, it is assumed that Immanuel Quickley will replace him in the starting lineup.
Quickley has produced 8.6 points so far in these playoffs.
Brunson still has two more days to work on his ankle and get back into playing shape.
He has bounced back rapidly in the past so fans are holding out hope that he will be ready to play when Saturday rolls around.
Again and again this postseason, the Heat have proven that they are playing to win and won’t go down quietly.
That is why the Knicks are desperate to keep Brunson on the floor.
