The Kansas City Chiefs continue to dominate.
They have a 13-1 record and are in first place in the AFC.
What is scary is that the offense is not even at full strength at the moment.
Quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ ankle injury aside, the team has been waiting for former 1,000-yard wide receiver “Hollywood” Brown to return to the lineup (shoulder).
According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Chiefs are planning to activate Brown for this Saturday’s game against the Houston Texans as long as everything continues to trend positively for Brown.

As Fowler noted, Brown has missed the last four months due to his shoulder injury and is yet to make his Chiefs debut.
That debut could come on Saturday with the whole world watching.
It feels as if the Chiefs are continuing to get pieces back after being without them for part of the season, including Brown, receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, running back Isiah Pacheco, and others.
Brown, a former All-American at Oklahoma and a former 1,000-yard receiver with the Baltimore Ravens in 2021 can take the top off of any defense when healthy.
Now, defenses will have to start worrying about DeAndre Hopkins, Xavier Worthy, Smith-Schuster, and Brown simultaneously.
On top of that, they still have to cover future Hall of Fame tight end Travis Kelce.
Life just isn’t fair all the time, and that might be the case for defenses as they prepare to face this loaded unit.
