Half of the teams in the NFC East won in the first week of the NFL season, but the other two left plenty to be desired.
The New York Giants looked overmatched and out of sorts vs. the Minnesota Vikings, all while the Washington Commanders failed to keep up with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The good news for those teams is that they will now square off and look to get one in the win column.
With that in mind, Rich Kleiman asked Kevin Durant for his prediction for this matchup.
Notably, the NBA superstar has Jayden Daniels throwing two touchdowns, rushing for 60 yards, and the defense scoring once.
Durant adds that he thinks his beloved team will win 21-10 (via FanDuel).

Truth be told, this prediction might not be that far-fetched.
As a matter of fact, Daniel Jones has thrown more pick-sixes (3) than touchdown passes (2) since he signed that big contract extension two years ago, and he has a big tendency to put the ball in harm’s way.
Jayden Daniels, on the other hand, looked sharp with his legs and kept making plays and moving the chains with his scrambles in his season debut, so those 60 rushing yards seem more than feasible.
As for throwing for two touchdowns, he definitely has the talent and the potential, but he struggled to get much going with his arm last season, with most of his yards coming after the catch.
We’ll have to wait and see how Durant fares with his predictions.
