The Washington Commanders keep moving on.
Dan Quinn’s team took the road to face the red-hot Detroit Lions.
And against all odds, they ended their season.
That’s why Kevin Durant, a diehard Commanders fan, had to make the most of the opportunity to troll Lions fans.
Following the win, he took to X to share his hilarious dancing clip from his days with the Golden State Warriors, captioning it, “Have a great night Detroit.”

Overall, it was a tough day for Detroit fans, as Durant’s Phoenix Suns beat the Pistons earlier in the afternoon.
The Lions only lost two games in the regular season, and they looked like the team to beat in the NFC.
They even had an additional week to rest and prepare for this game.
The Commanders were on a short week and on the road for the second consecutive game, but none of that mattered.
Nothing the Lions threw at them was enough to disrupt or even faze Jayden Daniels, who continues to have one of the greatest rookie seasons in NFL history.
To add insult to injury, Jared Goff accounted for four of the Lions’ five turnovers, throwing three picks and losing one fumble.
Dan Campbell’s team had a tough outing, and the offseason in Michigan will be very long.
They could also lose their top two assistants, Aaron Glenn and Ben Johnson, who are on the radar of multiple teams.
So, all things considered, it may not have been a great night in Detroit at all.
