Many teams made changes during the offseason but few were as busy as the New York Knicks.
Because of that and the talent already on the roster, Kendrick Perkins thinks big things are ahead for the team.
Speaking on “First Take”, Perkins proved that he’s “all-in” on the Knicks and thinks a Jalen Brunson-led squad with Karl-Anthony Towns and others could make life hard for the rest of the Eastern Conference in 2024-25.

He had nothing but high praise for Brunson, who did amazing work last year, especially after the All-Star break.
His 2024-25 average was 28.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 6.7 assists.
Not only is he a great scorer but Brunson is also a very strong leader, and now he has the best possible pieces around him.
The team was already powerful last year but the additions of Towns and Mikal Bridges make them even better.
How far can they go with Brunson leading the way?
Perkins said Towns is one of the best shooting big men of all time and can take the team to the next level.
There are many reasons to be excited about this group, although there will be difficulties too.
Everyone is wondering if any team can make it past the reigning champion Boston Celtics, who hope to conquer the East again.
A number of teams will be competitive but there is a growing consensus that the Knicks could be the ones to do it.
It has definitely been a very long time since the Knicks’ roster looked this good at the start of a season.
