The New England Patriots are entering a new era.
As such, they need to make sure their most valuable investment is safe and sound.
That’s why Kay Adams believes they must revamp their offensive line in free agency.
With that in mind, the renowned TV host made a case for the Patriots to go after Ronnie Stanley.
Talking on her “Up & Adams” show, Adams argued that GM Eliot Wolf, HC Mike Vrabel, and even QB Drake Maye should all be on the same page and agree that they need to add the veteran offensive tackle.
“I think if you’re Wolf, and Vrabel, and Maye, who’s clearly involved in this…that’s the #1 pick, that’s who you got to go….I think he’ll totally transform the O-Line,” she said.

OTs of Stanley’s caliber don’t usually hit free agency.
The Patriots will have a lot of money to spend in free agency, and with a new head coach looking to establish a winning culture there, that’s the kind of big-name signing they could and should prioritize.
Of course, there have been some concerns about Stanley’s health in the past, and that will make him a risky pickup for whoever tries to lure him away from the Baltimore Ravens.
Nevertheless, the Patriots’ offensive line was nothing short of atrocious last season, and with a promising quarterback, they must give him enough time and room to move around the pocket and operate.
The Patriots can be one of the most improved teams in the league next season, but that will depend on how smart they are with their money.
