Minnesota Vikings wide receiver standout Justin Jefferson is having an incredible career through 2.5 seasons.
If you haven’t seen his catch from Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills, do yourself a favor and go watch a clip of it.
We’ll wait.
Go.
This catch was so good that the NFL wanted to honor the equipment that Jefferson was wearing when he made the catch.

Jefferson is already being honored at the Hall of Fame and has only been in the league for not even three full seasons.
Jefferson’s Historic Career
When watching Jefferson on any given Sunday, it’s evident that he has oodles of talent.
Not only is he consistently converting on huge receptions like those he had on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills, but he’s doing so at a historic rate.
Jefferson has played in 42 career games.
In those games, he’s amassed a total of 265 receptions, 4,076 yards, and 21 touchdowns.
He is third on the list of receiving yards in the first three seasons of an NFL career, and he still has eight games left to break Randy Moss‘ record of 4,163 receiving yards.
Considering he only needs 87 yards to do so, Jefferson is in-line to shatter this record.
If that wasn’t impressive enough, Jefferson also holds the record for most 100-yard receiving games in his first three seasons (21).
Although it might be difficult to achieve at this rate, Jefferson still has a chance to pass Michael Thomas for most receptions in a player’s first three seasons in the NFL.
Thomas’ record is at 321 receptions, and Jefferson is at 265, currently.
The world will be watching, that’s for sure.
