The Chicago Bears have a great problem on their hands right now.
They could either use the No. 1 pick to get Caleb Williams, or they could trade it for a historic haul of draft capital to build their team around Justin Fields.
As of now, it seems like they’re leaning towards the first option, meaning Fields could be up for grabs.
With that in mind, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports that the Atlanta Falcons could look to lure him back home (via Dov Kleiman).

This isn’t much of a surprise, as Desmond Ridder made it to the league with plenty of uncertainty, and he’s failed to prove that he’s got what it takes to be a franchise-caliber quarterback.
Fields is a Georgia native, and the Falcons are looking to take a big leap under first-year coach Raheem Morris.
The Falcons have plenty of talent on offense, with Bijan Robinson, Kyle Pitts, and Drake London leading the way.
They also happen to play in the weakest division in the entire league, so they might not be that far behind in terms of postseason contention.
That’s why they desperately need an upgrade at the quarterback position.
Fields is still young and has shown glimpses of greatness during his time in Chicago, albeit there are still concerns about his durability.
And with the Bears looking reluctant to build their offense around him or even allow him to roll out of the pocket, it would make the most sense to move on from him now.
