Should New York Knicks fans be worried about Julius Randle?
The talented big man had people talking Saturday morning because of a social media post that seemed cryptic and almost threatening.
According to NBA Central, Randle responded to a post that showed the Knicks’ team store wasn’t selling his jersey.
Randle’s response was simple and telling: “The truth shall come to light.”
Right away, people started wondering if he was making plans to leave New York.

For the last few months, Randle’s future with the Knicks has been in question, with some fans assuming he’ll leave soon.
He is eligible to be a free agent next offseason and the Knicks will have to decide how much they want to spend on him, which is a very complicated question.
It’s even more complicated now because the team seems to be doing just fine without him.
Randle participated in only 46 games last season, averaging 24 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 5 assists before he was hurt and missed the last several months.
During that time, the Knicks surged and were able to battle hard into the postseason.
They are officially one of the most exciting teams in the Eastern Conference and made huge gains even without Randle.
Therefore, if Randle wants to leave, the Knicks may not stop him.
However, the Knicks will need more power and size in the new season, especially since they recently lost Isaiah Hartenstein to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Plus, Randle is a great player when he is fully healthy.
He could easily remind everyone why the team is so lucky to have him.
Randle’s post suggests he’s unhappy but it might be too early to consider his departure a done deal.
