Julian Edelman is a three-time Super Bowl champion and has spent a lot of time with Tom Brady, who is often regarded as the best NFL player of all time.
Brady’s name has been quite the topic throughout sports media this week following a few of his most recent comments.
Although many have speculated about what these comments might mean for Brady’s future, Edelman took to the airwaves to pitch in his two cents.
This is what Julian Edelman had to say about Tom:

Keep in mind the relationship that Edelman has with Brady and the amount of time that they have known each other.
Brady made several comments in a post-game interview that seemed sentimental, and many have said that this means that he will be retiring from the league.
While Edelman didn’t make any sort of statement on if he thinks Brady will retire, he did make a definitive statement, asserting that Brady will never play again in Tampa Bay.
As a member of the Buccaneers, Brady won one Super Bowl and added 14,643 yards, 108 touchdowns, and 33 interceptions to his career stats.
Saying that Brady has made an impact on the Buccaneers is an understatement.
If Brady does end up leaving the team as Edelman alludes to, there will be many NFL front offices knocking on his doorstep.
By our estimation, there are over 20 quarterback-needy teams, and could assuredly use a player like Brady to carry their team over the hump, likely helping lead them to a playoff berth.
Brady’s winning mindset can apply to any organization, should he choose to move on.
