The New England Patriots are still trying to find themselves over three years after the legendary Tom Brady parted ways with them.
They have made the playoffs just once since then, and it seems like they have lost their mojo as an organization.
Some help arrived this offseason in the form of wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, who is fresh off winning a Super Bowl championship with the Kansas City Chiefs as their leader in receiving yards.
He talked about how his experience with the Patriots in training camp has gone so far, and he said “the sky is the limit” for his new team, per Tom Pelissero.

If New England is to get back to the postseason, they will need some internal improvement, as Smith-Schuster looks like their only real threat at wide receiver right now.
He had 933 receiving yards and three touchdowns last season, and in 2018 he made the Pro Bowl while posting 1,426 yards.
The Patriots are also hoping running back Rhamondre Stevenson, who can catch passes out of the backfield every now and then, takes another step forward this fall.
But how far they go ultimately depends on the level of play quarterback Mac Jones puts forth.
After a very promising rookie season in which he made the Pro Bowl, he threw just 14 touchdown passes in 2022 and had an anemic 84.8 passer rating.
Some were talking about him perhaps being a dark-horse MVP candidate at this time last year, but now some are doubting whether he can merely be an adequate NFL quarterback.
