Washington Nationals star outfielder Juan Soto is no stranger to providing baseball fans with some amazing moments.
His power is rivaled by few in the game.
Soto has been a star ever since his arrival in 2018 and was key member of the Nationals run to the World Series title in 2019.
He has MVP-level potential and is only going to get better from here.
On Thursday night in the Nats’ spring training game against the New York Mets, Soto showed just why he is one of the game’s rising stars, barreling up a 100-mph fastball and sending it over the wall at Clover Park.

What A Shot!
He just continues to get better.
Very few players in the league can crush a 100-mph fastball the way Soto did in last night’s game.
It takes a tremendous level of skill and discipline to be able to do something like that.
He is an exciting player to watch and continues to grow into one of the best players in the game today.
Also, the fact that he managed to take it the other way is an impressive feat in its own right.
Soto has a unique ability to crush 100-mph fastballs like the one he crushed on Thursday, as well as hit to all fields.
And this was only a spring training game.
One needs not imagine what Soto can do with a pitch like that in the regular season or in the postseason.
Soto is showing off his tremendous power to the baseball world.
The swing he put on that ball was a huge swing.
Soto has one of the best power strokes in all of baseball, and it’s exciting to think about what comes next for this young star.
