The Buffalo Bills had an opportunity to win their season opener against the New York Jets.
They had a big advantage after Aaron Rodgers exited the game with what was later determined as a season-ending Achilles injury.
Pitting Zach Wilson against Josh Allen gave Buffalo a vast edge in the quarterback battle.
But for some reason, the two-time Pro Bowl quarterback crumbled, helping the Jets secure a 22-16 victory.
When sharing her thoughts about Allen’s Week 1 performance, FS1’s Joy Taylor still believes that Allen is a talented quarterback who can lead the Bills to the promised land.
However, her perception could change with more games like he had against the Jets.

Taylor pointed out that Allen’s talent has overshadowed the fact that he has turned the ball over a lot.
While he has 139 career touchdown passes, he also has 63 interceptions.
If playoff numbers are considered, he’s never had a season below ten interceptions.
His game against the Jets highlighted the worst about this tendencies.
He threw all three interceptions to Jordan Whitehead and fumbled the ball off the snap once.
Allen completed 29 passes for 236 yards and a touchdown.
The season has just started, and they can still get things right in the next 16 games.
But Allen must get his act together to avoid an 0-2 hole when they face the Las Vegas Raiders at home this Sunday.
