The Buffalo Bills will face their toughest challenge yet.
They will square off vs. the Baltimore Ravens and the defending MVP.
Notably, Josh Allen’s career will always be entangled with Lamar Jackson’s, as they were both taken in the 2018 NFL Draft, and experts will often compare their résumés.
Some might think that Allen is a better player regardless of Jackson’s MVPs, while others believe Jackson is among the league’s best.
Whatever the case, Allen wanted to make it loud and clear that he has nothing but the utmost respect for his colleague (via Dov Kleiman).
Josh Allen gives high praise to Lamar Jackson:
“He's an inspiration to a lot of people in this country…he's changed the way that guys play the game but make no mistake, he can throw the snot out of the football.”

When asked about him, Allen called him an inspiration, citing that he was resilient and hard-working enough to prove the doubters wrong by ignoring those who urged him to switch positions and become a running back instead.
Allen stated that Jackson changed the way the game was played, but even though he’s known for being mobile and making plays with his legs, he can still throw very well.
The Bills took Allen No. 7 despite being quite raw at the time, and it took him a while to establish himself in the league.
Jackson, on the other hand, was the last pick in the first round and hit the ground running right away.
Chances are that they would go No. 1 and No. 2 in a redraft, and the truth is that you couldn’t go wrong either way with whoever you choose.
This will be a playoff-like contest between a team desperately craving another win and one of the few undefeated teams, and it’ll be must-watch television.
