Just over a week into training camp, there have already been a number of notable injuries across the NFL.
Star cornerback Jalen Ramsey suffered a knee injury that required surgery, which dealt a big blow to the Miami Dolphins’ Super Bowl hopes, while Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had to be helped off the field last week after sustaining a calf injury.
On Monday, Josh Allen, the star quarterback of the Buffalo Bills, suffered an injury scare, and he commented on how it affected him afterward, via Andrew Siciliano.
Josh Allen on getting banged up on a trick play Monday: "I got the wind knocked out of me pretty good there. I woke up the next morning…the next two mornings…and said, 'Damn, it feels like I played in a game.'"

Over the last three seasons, Allen has evolved into one of the game’s best quarterbacks after a mediocre first two years in the league, and he is a threat both with his arm and his legs.
Last year, he threw for 4,283 yards and 35 touchdown passes while adding 762 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground.
The Bills, who were considered the favorites by many to win the Super Bowl when the 2022 campaign began, were cruising along and winning games in bunches until safety Damar Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest in a late-season game versus the Cincinnati Bengals.
Perhaps it took the proverbial air out of the balloon for them, as they ended up getting routed by the Bengals in the Divisional round of the playoffs.
There has been some speculation that there is tension between Allen and Pro Bowl wide receiver Stefon Diggs, but Allen has downplayed those rumors.
The Bills are hoping Diggs gets past his hard feelings and helps them win their first-ever Super Bowl in about six months.
