By now, everybody is aware of what the Houston Astros did back in 2017.
It requires no introduction, nor further explanation.
Fans know everything they need to know now.
But that doesn’t mean that the memes will stop anytime soon.
In fact, it’s quite the opposite.
Last night, at a Los Angeles Kings hockey game, Jose Altuve received the ultimate disrespect.
While the Kings were playing a lookalikes game with the fans in attendance to see who looked the most like Los Angeles Dodgers players, they decided to find one for Altuve.
Unsurprisingly, they found a trash can as his lookalike.

The Curse Of The Trash Can
This is one way to roast Altuve for his role in the sign-stealing scandal.
It’s also pretty hilarious.
Nobody is ever going to forget about what happened that year, nor will they ever let the Astros and their fans live it down.
The reality is that if you’re Altuve, you’re going to have to carry this with you forever and be subject to hilarious taunts, boos, memes, and even lookalike games.
The comparison could not have been more accurate.
There’s no better way to put it.
The Astros used the trash cans to relay signs, and it ultimately resulted in them cheating their way to a championship.
And because of that, they will be subject to hilarious moments such as this for a long time.
That title will always have an asterisk next to it, and fans will always find ways to poke fun at the Astros for their use of the trash cans.
You can bet that the Kings had a fun time doing this.
The fans certainly enjoyed it.
