The Golden State Warriors had a lot to be happy about on Monday night.
Lately, the team has been suffering and have had tons of problems but they were able to eke out a tight win over the Sacramento Kings, even though it ended controversially.
The Warriors need all the good news they can get lately – and they need reasons to believe in themselves and be happy about their team.

Well, Jordan Poole gave everyone on the team – and everyone watching – a huge reason to be happy before Monday’s game.
Poole arrived at the game holding an adorable little puppy in his arms.
The puppy, who seemed a little timid but ready to root on his owner, got the attention of everyone welcoming Poole.
This was probably the first time a player has brought a puppy to the locker room and it got people talking.
Poole is used to that because he’s been getting people talking for ages now.
Poole Performing
Poole got a lot of attention last season, especially as the postseason raged on and the Warriors fought all the way to their latest Finals victory.
Poole’s 2021-22 season was incredible with an average of 18.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 4 assists.
This was partly due to the fact that Poole was picking up a lot of the slack left by the absence of Klay Thompson, who was still on the bench for half of last season.
But even when Thompson came back, Poole still surged and he earned his starting spot on the team.
This season, Poole is putting up 15.2 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 4.9 assists.
He just earned a massive contract extension – and got through a major media firestorm following a punch from Draymond Green – and looks like the future of the team.
Warriors fans are loving Poole, and not just because of his little furry friend.
