The once red-hot Golden State Warriors are having some serious issues now.
They have lost seven of their last eight games and have fallen to the number four seed in the West.
Of course, they are struggling because they don’t have lead player, Stephen Curry, but they are also falling because of some weird, bone-headed plays.
One of those plays occurred Wednesday night in the final seconds of the defeat at the hands of the Phoenix Suns.
Jordan Poole launched from halfcourt with four seconds left 😳

As the clock ticked down, Jordan Poole attempted a halfcourt shot in hopes of landing a wild three-pointer.
He didn’t land it and the Suns ended up winning, 107-103.
What exactly was going on here?
Puzzling Poole
Many people were outraged and confused by Poole’s shot upon examination, you can see what was going on.
It looks like Poole thought he was about to be fouled by the Suns and was trying to get a shot off in hopes of getting three free throws.
Of course, the refs didn’t see a shooting foul and didn’t call it, meaning that Poole’s shot was all for nothing and just looked bizarre.
That is the most reasonable explanation.
However, other people assume that Poole thought he had far less time on the clock and was shooting the ball because he felt he was forced to.
But it looks like Poole was just trying to get a last-second foul.
No matter the reason, the rest of his team didn’t seem too upset about this mistake.
Head coach Steve Kerr and fellow player Draymond Green were seen to be telling Poole that everything was okay after the miss.
It’s good to know that Poole’s team has his back even at his worst moments.
