Jordan Poole of the Washington Wizards has earned a lot of fans during his years in the league but he has also upset some people and rubbed them the wrong way.
Poole is well aware that he hasn’t made everyone happy and spoke about why to Martenzie Johnson.
Poole told Johnson:
“The confidence thing has always stood out and been a staple just because not everybody’s a fan of that, just because not everyone has confidence. Those who don’t have confidence are probably the ones who are hating.”

In Poole’s estimation, his confidence doesn’t sit well with everyone.
However, it’s not because of his lack of skills, but it’s instead about his personality.
Poole seems unbothered by those who disapprove of how he plays and likely won’t change a thing.
Like many NBA players, he does perform with a level of self-belief and confidence that could definitely be off-putting for people who don’t like the Wizards.
Of course, this isn’t anything new and there have been many NBA players who have played similarly.
But Poole’s current season has been a very difficult one for the star player, as his numbers have dropped and he hasn’t looked like the team leader that the Wizards expected and needed.
This has led to a lot more criticism of Poole because people don’t think he has earned the right to be confident in his game.
Poole knows he has haters but believes they are people who lack confidence in themselves and that doesn’t bother him at all.
That outlook will help Poole stay focused on his job but if he wants the ultimate revenge, he will improve his game and help his team win more.
