The AFC North has been one of the most competitive divisions during the 2023 NFL season, and fans were treated to a primetime matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals.
Both teams were coming off Week 10 losses, so there was extra motivation from the two teams to get back on the right track.
However, it was the Ravens that would take home the win behind strong performances from Lamar Jackson and Gus Edwards.
Baltimore also got the benefit of not having to play Joe Burrow the entire game as the Cincinnati star was forced out of the game due to a wrist injury.
Although Burrow’s absence was the talk of the game, the Ravens suffered their own massive loss when Mark Andrews exited with an ankle injury.
In his postgame conference, head coach John Harbaugh said that Andrews’ ankle injury is likely season-ending via Josina Anderson of CBS.

This is a huge blow for Baltimore and their offense as Andrews was their best receiving option and Jackson’s go-to person for crucial moments.
Andrews was hurt in the first quarter after going down on a tackle and needed to be helped off the field.
The tight end looked like he was rounding into form after a slow start to the season, though now it seems that Harbaugh and the organization are preparing as if they won’t have him the rest of the way.
The Ravens should still be considered one of the best teams in the league, though their path to a Super Bowl just got much more difficult.
