The Los Angeles Chargers have been through a lot over the course of the years.
The franchise has failed to find much success, and that’s despite having some elite players in their ranks.
Now, they hope new HC Jim Harbaugh will finally help them turn their culture around.
Certainly, that’s how star pass rusher Joey Bosa seems to feel right now.
The star defender recently talked about how high he is on coach Harbaugh, claiming that they’ve already met and that it’s obvious that he wants to win and is obsessed with football (Via Around the NFL).
With Brandon Staley no longer in the picture, Bosa believes Harbaugh could be just the right guy to lead the team going forward.
“That’s an expectation for sure,” Bosa said regarding whether or not Harbaugh will change the team’s fortunes.

The Chargers shouldn’t find that much trouble getting better on defense with the personnel they have.
Harbaugh brought some top-of-the-line assistant coaches with him as well, and they already have a potentially generational quarterback like Justin Herbert leading the way.
Coach Harbaugh has done a lot of winning everywhere he’s been throughout the course of his career, and it was about time he made his way back to the pros.
Needless to say, things won’t be easy, and definitely not in the AFC West, but the Chargers might be the only team with a legitimate chance to take the division back from the Kansas City Chiefs.
