Many successful people in various fields try to manifest goals into reality by using a combination of affirmations, desire, goal setting, and hard and smart work.
Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers reached a new peak in his career when he was awarded the NBA’s regular season MVP award on Tuesday after a mammoth year.
It appears to be the manifestation of a social media post from over eight years ago when he first entered the league.

Embiid was the No. 3 pick in the 2014 NBA Draft by the 76ers, but just days before the draft, he underwent a procedure to fix a broken navicular bone in his right foot, and he missed both of his first two pro seasons as a result.
He was considered something of an injury risk, as he also suffered a stress fracture in his back during his final season of college ball at the University of Kansas.
He played in just 31 games in the 2016-17 season, and in the following four seasons, he put up very strong numbers across the board, but he had trouble staying healthy.
Many around the league criticized him for what they saw as a lack of conditioning and a poor diet.
But this season, Embiid rose to a new level, averaging 33.1 points per game and earning his second straight scoring title while shooting a career-high 54.8 percent from the field and improving his free-throw accuracy.
As a result, he has given the Sixers perhaps their best chance in recent memory at their first NBA championship since 1983.
