Unsurprisingly, the New York Jets will be featured on HBO’s “Hard Knocks” this season.
The series usually follows teams that haven’t exactly been successful in recent times, shedding light on their day-to-day dynamics and what goes on within the lines and the locker room.
Needless to say, that kind of distraction was far from what a team desperately looking to make a big splash needed this season, and HC Robert Saleh had originally admitted his concerns about that.
But it seems like that’s no longer the case, as the coach was spotted wearing an “I Love HK” (Hard Knocks) T-shirt in his press conference, sporting a green heart in reference to his team, as reported by Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.
Saleh praised the crew and claimed that they’d addressed their concerns about what could or could not happen during the recording of the show.

Notably, Aaron Rodgers doesn’t exactly feel that way.
Recently, the multi-time MVP claimed that they were forcing the show down their throats, and it’s not a secret that the fans would love to see Rodgers up close, especially given his controversial nature.
Whatever the case, we’re talking about professional football players.
And even if teams featured on “Hard Knocks” rarely fare well that same season, there’s just too much at stake for them to allow that to be a distraction.
It’s Super Bowl-or-bust time for the Jets, and that’s the only thing that should be on their minds as they take the field for one of the most crucial seasons in franchise history.
