The New York Jets went into last season with Super Bowl aspirations but sputtered to a disastrous 5-12 record and another top-10 draft pick.
As bad as last season went, the Jets still showed plenty of promise on defense, and they could be looking to bolster that unit with the No. 7 pick in the draft, which is why they are reportedly hosting one of the best defensive tackle prospects in the class for a top-30 visit this week.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport shared on X Monday that Michigan defensive tackle Mason Graham is visiting the Jets on Tuesday.

Graham is seen as one of the absolute best players in the draft and could certainly be in play with the Jets’ No. 7 pick if he even lasts that long.
On paper, Graham would be a scary talent to pair in the trenches with Quinnen Williams to give the Jets one of the league’s most dangerous interior defensive line duos.
Graham had 45 tackles and 3.5 sacks this past season after helping lead Michigan to a National Championship last year, and his dominant showing earned him a first-team All-America nod as well as the Outland Trophy.
New York brought in Justin Fields as its new quarterback in free agency, so grabbing a potential weapon for him at No. 7 could be on the table, but Graham might be too talented to pass up if he falls to No. 7.
