The Dallas Cowboys’ season ended abruptly in the Wild Card round of the playoffs.
This was supposed to be their year, the season that the Cowboys finally made a deep run to the Super Bowl.
However, even though they were dominant at home throughout the regular season, they couldn’t get it done when it mattered most.
A loss of this magnitude might have brought the attitudes down for some organizations, but the Cowboys seem determined to keep their feet on the gas.
As Jerry Jones recently said via Jon Machota, “We’ll be going all in.”
Jerry Jones: Cowboys won’t be building for future this offseason. “We’ll be going all in.”
“We’ll do things that honor the fact that we didn’t play well against the Packers. I will do some things differently this year.” https://t.co/hypCHxgrD8

Some fans and analysts thought that 2024 might be a rebuilding year for the Cowboys, a time for them to reevaluate their roster.
Jones sees things differently, that they will do whatever it takes to get another Super Bowl ring in 2024.
Part of this attitude could be Jones’ age, that he hopefully wants to see the team win another Super Bowl ring in his lifetime.
Mostly, it seems to be the competitive spirit Jones has demonstrated throughout his career as a leader, met with positivity about his current roster and group of coaches.
Despite most fans assuming otherwise, Mike McCarthy will still be their head coach next year.
Jones believes he is the right leader for this team, and that he possesses the necessary skills as a coach to propel the Cowboys where he wants them to be.
Dak Prescott is seemingly the team’s quarterback for the foreseeable future, but beyond him, Jones will need to make several roster moves to improve this team.
