The Utah Jazz want to make some massive changes in the seasons ahead so they can be a truly competitive force in the Western Conference again.
They haven’t made many moves so far this offseason but that could be changing.
Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the Jazz are signing former Phoenix Suns star Drew Eubanks to a two-year, $10 million deal.
Eubanks didn’t get a lot of time to shine with the Suns, so how will he do with the Jazz?

During his sole season in Phoenix, Eubanks averaged 5.1 points and 4.3 rebounds but only started in 6 games and played an average of 15.6 minutes.
He is now moving to the up-and-coming Jazz so he could get a lot more time on the court.
The team has been in a rebuilding process for the last few seasons after the loss of both Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert.
They have been quietly accumulating a ton of draft capital and are laying the foundation for a very bright future.
Will Eubanks be a part of that future or will he only remain with the Jazz for a short time as they continue to plot their path forward?
This could be a good move for the Jazz if they can unlock Eubanks’ full potential.
As for the Suns, it is a tough loss that minimizes their roster a bit more and presents yet another obstacle in their quest for Western Conference supremacy.
They will now have to find someone who can replace Eubanks’ big size and skills.
